In extraordinary cases in which the hotel is unable to immediately confirm your entire reservation and/or the provision of the specific type of room and/or meal that you requested, you will be notified, via e-mail, of any and all possible alternative solutions. ANTAEUS TRAVEL & TOURISM LTD does not bear any liability whatsoever beyond the provision of alternative solutions. If you do not accept the alternative solution that will be proposed to you, you may cancel your reservation without any financial burden and you will be refunded the entire amount with which you were charged. ANTAEUS TRAVEL & TOURISM LTD is obligated to refund you, via bank deposit, the entire amount with which you were charged in the case of a cancellation of an entire reservation to which the cancellation policy was not applied. It certain cases, changes may not be accepted due to either reasons of availability or the refusal of the hotel’s personnel or owners. In spite of this, ANTAEUS TRAVEL & TOURISM LTD will make every possible effort to satisfy your request for a change in your reservation. You will be charged a minimum amount of 20 Euros for any change that is made to your reservation. You may also be charged additional amounts by the hotelier (according to its cancellation policy). In general, in the case of a change in your reservation (type and number of rooms, names, ages, dates, etc.), you will be informed of the amount with which you will be charged, provided the change is accepted, prior to the final confirmation thereof. If, for any reason whatsoever, you decide to cancel your entire reservation, the terms set out in the cancellation policy, of which you were notified via this website and that you accepted during the reservation procedure, shall apply. The time at which you cancel your reservation will determine the amount that will be withheld from you, which will be returned to the corresponding data suppliers of ANTAEUS TRAVEL & TOURISM LTD.
